RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At REGALIA, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations or requires a different size, we are here to ensure a seamless return or exchange experience.
THE POLICY WINDOW
• You can request a return or an exchange within 7 days from the date your package was delivered.
• Reverse pickups are fully complimentary across India.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To ensure your return or exchange is accepted, please ensure the following:
• The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original brand tags, security loops, and labels must remain firmly attached.
• The item must be returned in its original structural packaging (the signature REGALIA box).
EXCLUSIONS
• Custom-tailored garments or items ordered with personalized measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items purchased during final archive or clearance sales are eligible for size exchanges only (subject to availability), not refunds.
HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST
• Step 1: Send an email to support@regalia.com or drop us a WhatsApp message at +91 XXXXX XXXXX. Please include your Order ID and mention whether you want a size exchange or a return.
• Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address.
• Step 3: Please hand over the securely packed item to our courier partner.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Once your returned garment reaches our design studio and successfully passes our quality control inspection (usually within 48 hours of arrival), we will issue your choice of:
• Store Credit: Sent instantly to your email, valid for 1 year, and applicable on any future collection.
• Original Payment Refund: Credited back to your credit/debit card, net-banking account, or UPI wallet within 5 to 7 business days
