ORDER PROCESSING

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
• Pre-Orders & Custom Sizing: If an item is on pre-order or requires custom tailoring, the specific timeline will be clearly indicated on the product page.

TRACKING YOUR JOURNEY

The moment your package leaves our design studio, you will receive an automatic email and SMS notification containing your unique Tracking Link and courier details. We partner exclusively with premium delivery networks like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DHL.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update its initial status.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES

• Secure Delivery: To protect your luxury purchase, all REGALIA deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you are not available, our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse.
• Address Changes: We process shipments rapidly. If you need to alter your delivery address, please contact our Client Concierge team via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of placing your order.
